3. Definitions

Content means files and text you upload. Service means the Viewport website and related services.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the Content you upload and for sharing access only with authorised recipients.
• Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful Content.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ Content or the Service infrastructure without authorisation.

5. Content & License

You retain ownership of your Content. By uploading Content you grant Viewport a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, transmit, cache, and deliver your Content solely to provide the Service.

You must not use the Service to distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, harass others, or engage in unlawful activity. We may refuse or remove Content that violates these Terms.

7. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the Service available but provide it "as is" and may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, abuse, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time; deletion of Content is subject to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

9. DMCA & Takedown

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, contact us at info@viewport.live with a clear takedown notice and your contact details. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. Repeat infringers may have their access suspended or terminated.

10. Fees

If we introduce paid features we will describe fees and billing separately. Refunds and trial terms will be provided where applicable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viewport is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months (or €100 / £100 if you paid nothing), where law allows.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or other liabilities that cannot be limited or excluded by law. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viewport from claims arising out of your Content or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. If you are a consumer in the EU or another jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under local law which remain unaffected.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
